Martin Luther King
Alan McLean
In the United States in the 1950s and '60s, there was a growing anger among blacks who were not granted equal rights with whites. It was a time of angry language, protests, bombs and killings. But to the angry crowd, a message from a peace-loving man arrives. "I have a dream," said Martin Luther King Jr. "And it is a dream in which blacks and whites coexist in peace and freedom."
